True Life in Haiku

Sometimes I sit in my favorite Nashville coffee shop the Frothy Monkey to do my homework and am endlessly distracted by all of the famous faces that I recognize. 

Like Ben Folds, who is sitting across the room from me, leisurely chatting with some lady and sipping coffee. 

Or the girl sitting behind me, who I recognize from when I was an extra in the Perks of Being a Wallflower this summer. She plays Haddie on Parenthood and I can overhear her talking about her friend “Logan”. I’m well aware that she it talking about Logan Lerman. I feel like a creep but its not my fault she’s talking so audibly!

My life in Nashville is incredibly reminiscent of the Twilight Zone. Ain’t even mad.
